Payment Policy

Payment is due at scheduling or at the beginning of your session.

Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours notice → no charge

  • Less than 24 hours → full fee due

  • No-show → full fee due

  • Late arrival → session ends at scheduled time

Rescheduling

No penalty with 24+ hour notice.

Emergency Exceptions

Reasonable exceptions may be made.

$30 Welcome Rate applies to first session only.
